Most groups sell our entire line. However, we have seen great success with groups selling 1-5 products. This is an especially popular choice when working with younger participants such as elementary school students.

A couple of things to contribute to your success

Successful Fundraiser Tip #1

While you may hold a Ladybug Blessings Fundraiser with no money up front, we want you to know that the most successful campaigns are achieved by groups who have items to show their supporters.

After you fill out our form we will give you the options of purchasing these products at a 50% discounted price. Your samples will be full size products - most of which can be sold directly when your are finished.

When printing brochures from our pdf file - print the product presentation brochure in full color. This increases sales and will prove to be an investment NOT an expense. Order taking sheet may be printed in black and white.

Single item Custom Fundraiser Sales

We have recently launched 2 products for custom sales. One is our lip balm which has sold 10's of 10's of thousands.

Using this option you may choose the name
Example: one school whose mascot was a Tiger sold "Tiger-licious" lip balm.

We can color coordinate your lip balm matching tube color, top color, label color and logo.

You earn $1.50 per tube. Sell individually or just run them at 5/$15 . Everyone keeps a lipbalm in atleast 5 places! Ladybug Blessings is top quality! No filler oils of any kind! All natural

If this is the only product you sell and

you order at least 120 tubes we are currently offering free shipping.

We are also offering our popular fireless candle in the same manner. Choose scent(s), label color and candle color

Example: School - Dragon Mascot- Green / Gold colors - we could use a green color, our popular cinnamon scent- Could call it "Dragon Fire"

You may sell both candle and lipbalm at the same time if you like.

These items also available for breast cancer and Relay for Life Fundraiser's. We can even use your ideas and do adoption fundraisers in this plan.

Fundraiser Sales projections

The average item cost is $8

Strongest sales are often the groups trying to pay for trips,uniforms, adoptions etc.

When working with these groups we often see $300- $1000 per person. If you are looking to raise money per individual we are a HUGE success!

If you are working with a group where money is going to group.. averages will not be as high..so figuring VERY conservatively

Lets just say you have a group of 25
Each person is asked to sell just 10 items
We will use average cost per item
25 people x 10 items each x 8 per item = $2000 in sales. You earn $1000

Ask each to sell 12 items Sales = $2400 with organization earning $1200

A school can easily sell $700-$2000 per classroom depending on the amount of students

Adoption fundraisers are very successful

Just doing the single item custom fundraiser is proving quite profitable

Frequently Asked Fundraiser Questions

1. How long does it take to receive and order

Answer: Sample orders ship out in about 3 days or less. Your actual product order usually takes about 2 weeks to ship . Occasionally 3.

2. Who pays for shipping?

Answer: Currently the organization pays for shipping.If you do a custom lipbalm fundraiser with that being your only product Ladybug Blessings will pay shipping for orders of 120 or more. We can prepare a brochure with prices slightly higher on heavier items to offset shipping cost.

3. Is Ladybug Blessings willing to work with us on brochures.

Yes, we hope you have a source for printing these.But, if not we can fix the problem please call us!

4. What payment methods do you accept? How do we pay

Answer: Ladybug Blessings will accept organizational checks or money orders. Once we have your order we will email an invoice payment is required before shipping total order. If this poses a problem please call us. We will work with you. Smaller orders may pay by credit card

5. How does the group send in the order?

Answer: First, please combine all orders as so to have a total for each product and how many you need of each fragrance presenting one order for the group.
Orders may be called, faxed, mailed or ordered online.

6. Will Ladybug Blessings sort the order by seller or class?
We prefer a group order but will work with you on this please call 270-789-9758 for help.

Before you choose our fundraiser we want to share a couple of things with you:

While we have been very popular, we also strive to be very honest.There are a couple of hurdles you should know about.

Once you know you can decide how to plan your fundraiser accordingly

1. We offer over 10 items on our regular entire line brochure. We offer most of them in 15 plus fragrances. To help with compiling your order and distributing your order using the entire line we recommend splitting the job between various volunteers
2. If you want you could also choose to limit the number of products you sell
