Do we sell or share any information given to us?

Absolutely NOT! We value you as a customer and if you choose to sign up for our newsletter or inquire about fundraisers or wholesale. we will not sell, share or pass that information to any other individual or company. It is used only for the purposes presented when you sign up.

Do we harvest information about you or attempt to track you in any way while you are on our site ?

No, we do not harvest any information unless you send us the info via our sign ups. Our website hosts notes what pages are visited and keeps normal stats of that but we do not harvest info or track individual visitors. We will occasionally send emails and product information to previous customers.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard & PayPal via our website shopping cart.

May I purchase if I don't want to use a credit card online?

Yes, Just fill your shopping cart with your selections, then instead of finishing your online buying, simply print the page and send us check or money order for the amount of purchase plus shipping. Please allow additional processing time.

How & when do we charge your credit card?

Credit cards are usually charged within 24-48 hrs of placing your order. Processing times may be delayed up to 10 days.

 

How do we protect your credit card information?

Your card information is protected on the secure servers of mals-e..com. To retrieve it requires two secure passwords thru this server. Your card information is not sent to us via email with the risks of it arriving elsewhere. Once we process your card it is not kept on file.

How soon do we ship?

Once we receive your order we try to ship within 3- 5  business days.Occasionally it may be longer\ We are 100% carefully handmade bath and body. While we try to keep most of our products made, we are growing quickly and often sell over projections. This can require additional time. We welcome you to contact us with any questions you may have before or after placing an order. If you need the order by a certain date please note such in the comments section of our cart checkout. Paypal orders are shipped after we receive notification of receiving PayPal payment.

Wholesale & fundraiser orders usually require a longer lead time. While we rarely use the entire time however, our policy for these orders is 14 working days.

How do we ship?

We use US mail both parcel post and Priority Mail as well as UPS.

What are the shipping costs?

$7 all orders seems to balance costs   this system has served well. It allows us to serve you quickly without re-contacting to adjust costs which in the long term view would cause price increases as more man power would be necessary. Wholesale and fundraiser order shipping charges are as UPS charges us

What is the return policy?

We offer a quality product and have had literally tens of thousands of satisfied customers. We believe you will join those ranks. Should you experience difficulties please contact us as every effort will be made to see that you are satisfied with your purchase.
