* PLEASE NOTE: In early 2025, one of the leading fragrance manufacturers in America performed a software upgrade that went poorly and caused industry shortages for most of the year. Because of that, many of our fragrance oil suppliers had their best selling scents reformulated by other companies. We have no way of knowing which fragrances have been reformulated, but on the occasion that we do notice a difference, we have worked diligently to find the closest possible fragrance for the scents you know and love! We acknowledge that a few fragrances will smell slightly different, but every replacement we have chosen is more sensitive skin friendly than what we had before! We order hundreds of fragrance oil samples every year and lots of factors go into choosing which fragrances can be used in our unique natural bath & body formulations. 

Due to these changes being beyond our control, as of November 2025, we will no longer be offering refunds for products with fragrance note differences. We will continue offering free replacements for any product that is damaged, defective, or spoiled in shipping. We cannot as a company afford to refund products with these new fragrances because our suppliers do not afford us that luxury. Thank you for your understanding!
